For us, G.O.A.T. stands for “Greatest of All Time” – but also for something much simpler: the goat, an animal that belongs in the mountains. And that is exactly where we belong.
We are Ivan and Fabian, two brothers born and raised in the Dolomites. Ivan founded Mountain GOAT, with Fabian involved from the very beginning. Today, we share the same vision: to bring guests closer to the mountains we call home. We speak Italian, German and English — but our real common language is a love of the outdoors.
The mountain goat is at home on changing terrain. We take the same approach with our guests: listen first, understand what matters, then find the best way forward. No two people — or mountain days — are alike, so why should their experiences be?
In winter, you will find us on skis. Both of us have been ski instructors for more than 15 years, and skiing has been part of our lives for as long as we can remember.
When the snow melts, you’ll find us hiking, cycling, climbing and exploring. Sport and the outdoors have always been part of who we are — whatever the season.
Above all, we love sharing our home with our guests – personally, authentically and in a way that makes every experience their own.
