Our practice slope is located next to a picturesque chapel a stone\u2019s throw from the Plose mountain terminal.<\/strong> Mountain GOAT is all about flexibility,<\/strong> and this extends to our meeting points: we can either pick you up at your accommodation or you can meet your instructor at the valley or mountain terminal of the Plose cable car. Cancellation, interruption or refunds of booked services:<\/p>\n

EARLY CANCELLATION<\/strong>
\u2013 In case of cancellation up to 10 days before the start of the lesson, the client will receive a full refund of the total amount paid, minus an administration fee of 50,00\u20ac.
\u2013 In the event of cancellation nine to 3 days before the start of the lesson, the client will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid.
\u2013 In the event of cancellation within 72 hours of the start of the lesson, the client will not receive a refund of the total amount paid.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong>
\u2013 In case of force majeure (e.g. illness, covid- 19 infection, accident, border closure) the booked lessons can be cancelled and the client will receive a full refund (minus 20,00\u20ac administration fee) for the services not enjoyed. In case of illness, covid- 19 eral infection and accidents, the client is obliged to present a medical certificate from the local or tourist doctor.
\u2013 In principle, our instructors teach in all weathers and booked lessons can only be cancelled if the cable cars stop operating or the instructor does not consider it possible to continue with the lesson. In this case, 100% of the hours not enjoyed will be refunded, minus a \u20ac20.00 administration fee. <\/p>\n

CANCELLATION\/ POSTPONEMENT OF BOOKED SERVICES ON SITE<\/strong>
\u2013 Paid hours can only be postponed with the permission of the Director.
\u2013 The paid lessons can be postponed free of charge within 72 hours before the start of the lesson.
